LJ Watt is the Ministry Director and pioneer of Hope for Every Home Ireland, launched in 2022. She is also on the team for Kyria Northern Ireland and leads the women’s ministry in her local church. Alongside this, she supports a number of other ministries including Elim Evangelism, Dwellings, and the In the Beginning Collective.

LJ’s heart is for people to connect deeply with God. She loves the local church and is actively involved in strengthening it. She often speaks at meetings across the country and is particularly passionate about empowering women to grow in their faith and relationship with God.

In her ministry, LJ comes alongside Christian leaders to inspire and equip them with relevant resources and training for outreach. She firmly believes in the strength of togetherness—and loves a good collaboration!

Before stepping into full-time ministry, LJ worked as an HR Manager and still dabbles in HR as a side hustle. She is happily married to Jonny, and together they have two amazing children. In her spare time, you’ll often find her enjoying herbal tea with friends, seeking out meaningful conversations, or heading off on a spontaneous road trip.
