LJ WATT

LJs heart is for people to connect with God. She's loves church, and is actively involved.

She speaks at various meetings across the country and is particularly passionate about helping to empower women to deepen their faith and relationship with God.

LJ pioneered 'Hope for Every Home Ireland,' back in 2022 and is the Ministry Director. She loves coming alongside other Christian leaders to inspire and equip them with relevant resources and training for Christian outreach.

If you spend time with her, you will soon find out that she firmly believes in the strength of togetherness and loves a good collab!

Prior to this role she was an HR Manager and still dabbles in it as a side hustle. Her passion for HR and experience in youth ministry led her to serve on the board of her local YMCA.

She also mentors each Wednesday morning in a local school with ‘Reach Mentoring’.

LJ is happily married to Jonny, and they have two amazing kids. In her spare time: you can find her enjoying herbal tea with friends, seeking out good conversations, or going on spontaneous road trips.
